We have worked behind the scenes with Jamie Hollander's talented team in tiny kitchens, steaming tents, and historic mansions to capture the elegant food they work up at their events. Watching the process unfold is a gift in itself. We dodge chefs and duck under trays, working with only moments to capture a shot - often in very low light. Over the course of the night, we capture dozens of striking images showcasing the incredible food they produce in those same conditions. We're always proud to work alongside Jamie Hollander.
