Threaded throughout his five-decade career is a legacy of awards—including a Guggenheim Fellowship in 1956—important solo and group exhibitions across the country and in Europe, at venues such as the Whitney Museum, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Musée d’Art Moderne in Paris.

In short, a revered artist. Thank you to Kirsten Jensen for the above words which so eloquently describe Roger Anliker. We had the opportunity to get to know some of Roger's works very intimately when we were asked to photograph a collection that was in the process of a major restoration effort.

We had already been working with the team on a larger branding, exhibition, and publication project to showcase Roger Anliker's works. To be able to work this closely with some of his most prolific work was an inspiration for the project and brought great value to our work.

Moreover, it is always a joy to be able to digitize and make more accessible the works of artists.
